cruise ship promenade 
in the still of the night 
	the glow of a cell phone 

I wonder why 
he’s ghosting me 

a thousand stars 
in the sky 
my single wish 

blue moon 
her playlist 
on repeat 

tonight’s the night ... 
	I hope she says yes 

what I hear 
when she smiles 
whispering bells
