Fear of Parking: Street, Parallel, Narrow

Let Erica Jong have her fear of flying—
her zipless fuck, her high-altitude sex 
with strangers in small compartments—

I worry about circling the block, the lot, 
the illegible signs, unreadable meters, spaces 
too narrow to exit, high fines and tow-away.
